Lucky Leprechaun Lunch

Lucky The Leprechaun: A Fun and Simple St. Patrick's Day Lunch!
Eliana and I made this Lucky Leprechaun Lunch today :)
This was such an easy lunch to make and would be perfect for St. Patrick's Day!

Lucky is a WOWBUTTER and honey sandwich cut with a circle cookie cutter. His eyes are mini chocolate chips while his nose and beard are orange bell pepper.
Lucky's beard actually looks sort of lumpy to me :) I wanted to use orange bell pepper for his beard but you could easily use a slice of cheddar cheese. Lucky's hat is made of cucumber, a piece of provolone cheese and a mini square cut from yellow bell pepper. I added a little mouth with an edible food marker.

Lucky would be perfect inside any lunchbox too! Just "glue" the pepper and chocolate chips down with a little bit of honey or nut butter. We served Lucky with some raspberries and blackberries on the side :)

Even though our Lucky is lumpy, we still find him to be very cute! ;)

  2. All of your creations are so cute and clever. I love the way they "show off" on the cute colored plates. Where do you get them from?

    1. Thanks Trudi! I got some of my plates at Target. I can't remember exactly where I got this green plate though. It was from a department store at a mall-- i remember that much! I hope that helps! :)

  3. So so cute!!! I love it! <3 Thanks for linking up to Meatless Monday!

  4. So creative, love the way you made this!

  5. This is great! I'd love it if you'd link this to my Family Fun Friday linky party. Address:
    Thanks again,

  6. Think I might cut off a small slice at the top of the bread where the hat meets his head; however, this way it does look like he's tipping his hat - "Top of The Morning To Ya". How you made the hat is so clever and the "lumpy" beard gives him character.

I ♥ comments! Thanks for leaving one! :)
